Havant and Waterlooville Football Club can confirm the Loan Signing of Midfielder, Alfy Whittingham, from fellow Vanarama National League South side Hampton & Richmond Borough.

Whittingham, 25, is a local lad who played his Youth football through HSDC College before being handed his First Team debut for the Hawks at 18. In Summer 2018, Alfy joined Hungerford Town where he went on to make 20 appearances scoring 4 goals. Alfy played his trade for a year with The Crusaders before making the switch to Aldershot Town. He was a ‘Shot’ for 3 years, making just shy of 80 appearances scoring 5 in the National League. In February 2022, whilst still with Aldershot he had a 1-Month loan spell at Westleigh Park with the Hawks making 6 appearances scoring 1 before joining current club Hampton & Richmond Borough in 2022. Alfy has since made over 60 appearances for The Beavers, scoring 7 and now links up with the Hawks on a short-term loan.
