Austin, 19, played his youth football locally with Portsmouth before moving to Worthing’s Under 18 set up. Reuben broke into the Worthing first team in their 2022/23 National League South campaign where he eventually made 13 appearances in his first season. He spent a short period on loan with Bognor Regis Town at the start of 23/24 before he continued to be involved in Worthing’s First Team making 10 appearances. Reuben now links up with Shaun North as he joins the Hawks for 24/25.
