Havant and Waterlooville Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of Goalkeeper, Reice Charles-Cook.
Charles-Cook, 29, started his career at Arsenal coming through their academy where he had a loan spell at Chelmsford City while in the Under 21’s. He departed the Gunners to join Bury before having a couple of spells in the Midlands with Coventry City and Nuneaton Borough. In 2018, Reice made his move to fellow EFL League Two side Swindon Town before leaving the West Country to move abroad and join Danish side SönderjyskE. On his return to England, Charles-Cook had a short spell with Shrewsbury Town before joining Macclesfield Town. Time at Boreham Wood and Welling United came before his first stint at Bromley. Reice joined Hampton & Richmond Borough before linking up with Hawks Manager Steve King at Dartford in Spring 2022. A move back to Bromley would follow in the Summer where he played an integral role in The Ravens 7th Place finish where he went on to play in Bromley’s Play-Off Quarter Final win over Woking and Semi-Final defeat in Extra Time to Chesterfield. Reice now joins the Hawks to link up with his former Manager having departed Bromley at the end of 2022/23.
We welcome Reice to the club and look forward to seeing him in a Hawks shirt.
