Havant and Waterlooville Football Club can confirm the departure of, Midfielder, Keane Anderson following his parent club Aldershot Town recalling him from his loan with the Hawks.
Anderson signed for the Hawks on an initial loan in August where he made his debut in our FA Cup victory at Westleigh Park over Wallingford and Crowmarsh. The loan deal was extended to the end of the campaign back in December but now ‘Keano’ returns to The EBB Stadium ahead of The Shots’ run in.
Keane made a total of 37 appearances in all competitions during his time at Westleigh Park, chipping in with 4 Goals and 7 Assists whilst collecting the September and February Player of the Month awards!
When speaking on his time at the club, Keane commented “I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone associated with the club, from the board members, the management team, my teammates and the fans for all the support for the past 6 months that I’ve represented this fantastic football club. From the moment I walked in the door I felt at home and a part of something special. I firmly believe Havant and Waterlooville is a unique football club with amazing people and deserves to be at the next level. I will be supporting the lads all the way. Once a hawk always a hawk. Thank you all and see you again soon.”
Everyone at The Hawks wishes to thank Keane for his efforts during his time with us and wish him the best for the remainder of the campaign with Aldershot Town.
