The Havant and Waterlooville Women’s sides celebrated the 2024-2025 season last Saturday at their end of season presentation. The event hosted by sponsor VB Function Bar, saw both First and Reserve team come together to receive awards.

As the event began, the First team received their Runners-Up medals for the Southern Region Division One South, and two specials awards were made to Chloe Marsh and Millie McNamara for making 50 Appearances for the Hawks.

 

It was then the turn of the Reserves team, as Manager Sarah Pratt reflected on the season. Positive performances throughout the season, including reaching the Semi Finals of the PDFA Trophy were highlights of the season. Individual awards went to:

Top Goalscorer – Amelia Filson

Most Improved Player – Lilly Webb

Young Player of the Year – Izzy Carlyle

Clubperson of the Year – Izzy Brooks

Players Player of the Year – Rebecca Rafferty

Player of the Year – Amelia Filson

Attentions then turned to the First Team. Steve Marsh lauded the exploits of the team and paid tribute to the team for their achievements during the season. The First team awards went to:

Top Goalscorer – Sophie Lee

Most Improved Player – Millie Underwood

Young Player of the Year – Tallulah Dixon

Unsung Hero Award – Millie McNamara

Players Player of the Year – Laurie Potvin

Player of the Year – EJ May
