To apply for press accreditation on Matchdays at Westleigh Park, you must contact Club Head of Media, Josh Verroken by emailing joshverrokenmedia@gmail.com

All requests for accreditation must be filed 48 hours before a Saturday fixture, and by 10am the day before a home mid-week tie.

We have two press areas for utilisation on a Matchday, though space within these is limited. Please note that priority for these spaces will be given to Home and Visiting Media as well as League Media ahead of external Media outlets therefore we cannot always guarantee space, this will be issued first come first served Should the press areas become full, we will aim to situate you in the areas surrounding so that you can still benefit from the relevant amenities. We recommend bringing an extension lead should you need to access the outlets to ensure you are able to gain power connection.

Havant and Waterlooville Football Club currently allows photographic and video records to be taken at Westleigh Park, but requests must be made prior to the game.

USE OF CONTENT

Any Media outlets wishing to reproduce or repurpose anything from the club channels must have written permission from the club to do so ahead of publication of their material. Any Club Media used by any external outlet must be correctly credited to the relevant party.

MEDIA OPPORTUNITIES

The Club is happy to provide Media Opportunities with First Team Playing Staff and Management Team, however these are subject to the discretion of the Football Club. Requests for a member of First Team Playing Staff or Management team to participate in a Media activity must be submitted to Havant and Waterlooville Head of Media, Josh Verroken, by emailing joshverrokenmedia@gmail.com. Contact must be made to the Football Club to organise and the requested party will be communicated to through the Football Club. The Media Activity should be organised with the club, this includes but is not limited to the time, the venue, the participant of any given exercise. Any Media request may be refused based on the discretion of the Football Club.
