Havant and Waterlooville Football Club can confirm the appointment of Steve Marsh as Women’s First Team Manager.

Steve has been a member of the Management team for a number of Seasons and has led the team in an Interim capacity over the last 2 fixtures against top opponents in the Southern Region Women’s Football League Division One South. The club feels that Steve, knowing the group as he does coupled with his coaching ability makes him the ideal individual to lead the team going forwards.

When speaking on moving into the role, Steve commented ” I am privileged to have coached the wealth of talented players we have in this squad for a few seasons.

To now become Manager provides an exciting opportunity to continue our progression. The support and commitment of the players has been amazing, especially over recent weeks and I look forward to continuing our journey together.”

The Women’s First Team are at Southwick Park this Sunday as they take on Chesham United Development in the SRWFL League Cup 1st Round.
