Havant and Waterlooville Football Club is delighted to announce that Nigel Atangana has agreed new terms which will see him remain with the Hawks for the upcoming campaign!

Atangana, 35, made his Hawks return in Summer 2024 having joined from National League outfit Eastleigh 10-years after he made the switch from Westleigh Park to Fratton Park after impressing with the Hawks during his first stint. Having spent a portion of his career in France for SU Dives and US Gravelinoise either side of some time in Spain playing for Girona and Riudellots CF. Nigel has an impressive footballing CV for his time in the English game as he has featured for a number of sides in the EFL in the form of Portsmouth, Leyton Orient, Cheltenham Town and Exeter City. During his Hawks return in 24/25, Nigel made 38 appearances in all competitions scoring 2 and assisting 5. Nigel will again feature for the Hawks in the upcoming campaign having agreed a deal to stay at Westleigh Park.

We are delighted that Nigel will once again be playing for the Hawks in 2025/26 and we look forward to seeing him back in action for the club!
