Havant and Waterlooville Football Club has become aware of a number of supporters who have received Penalty Charge Notices (PCN’s) following our fixture with AFC Totton on Monday afternoon.

Whilst the grass verges that individuals parked on are not property of the Football Club, as far as we are aware there are no signs next to the roadside related to parking in this area.

We sympathise with those who have received PCN’s and would recommend appeals on the basis of there being no signage in the area. Our understanding is that this does not come under Havant Borough Council but does fall on Hampshire Highways.

As we continue to strive to work within our community, we will endeavour to open discussions with the relevant local parties to ensure we reach an amicable solution for all parties going forwards.
